(More) Frequently Asked Questions
Jeannette Meek,
Spiritual Medium

Q. You mentioned that meditation is a multi-level process. What are the levels?

A. The first level is to understand that you already know how to meditate, and have been able to accomplish meditation without any type of preparation or fan fair. Meditation is a natural result of focusing to one level of minds function. This happens as a matter of course when you are settled down and still for a while. This can be accomplished many ways. You need a focus to do this. Reading a book is an example of settling down and being still. As you become more settled into your physical space the text of the book you are reading becomes your total focus, if you are reading a novel, you can be transformed mentally into the scene you are reading from the book.

The next level is to understand the psychic connection between material mind and the psychic self.

The next level is devoted to stilling yourself and accomplishing complete silence mentally, physically and emotionally.

The next level is to understand the Unfoldment of the Spiritual self.

Q. What is the psychic connection between material mind and the psychic self?

A. The connection to the material mind and the psychic self is the Etheric body.

Q. What is the Etheric body?

A. Some disciplines call the Etheric body the soul.

Q. What is the Unfoldment of the Spiritual self?

A. The Unfoldment of the Spiritual self is a process of "Spiritual Unfoldment." Spiritual Unfoldment is a process that allows you to peel back the material conditioning you receive as a Spiritual being incarnated in material form of expression. It is much like the blooming of a flower, the petals folding open to reveal the center of the flower. It is a process of cultivation of our Spiritual nature in a truer sense of expression.

Q. What do you mean, "a process of cultivation of our Spiritual nature in a truer sense of expression?"

A. As we mature during our incarnation of the material plane, we have a tendency to lose site of the fact that we are Spiritual beings first and foremost. We allow our physicalness to take precedence over our spirituality. This is not an intended result of incarnation. It’s a natural propensity of "taking care of business" during incarnation. At some point of our material life we become aware that we seem to be missing something, something that is nameless, but very desirable. That desirable thing that we are missing is our connection and remembrance that we are Spiritual beings incarnated in flesh form, not a material body with a Spirit contained somewhere deep inside of us waiting to be activated.

Q. We make this connection to the inner self through meditation?

A. That is correct. Meditation is the key that unlocks the connection to the Etheric body. The Etheric body is the psychic body of man. The Etheric body is the connecting bridge between the material body of man and the Spiritual body of man. Meditation is finding the pathway to the inner Spiritual self.

Q. What is our connection to our Spiritual self?

A. The material connector to the Spiritual self is our psychic sensory system of function. The psychic body of function is our sixth sense and it is the completion of our material manifestation. The body that controls the psychic sense system is the Etheric body. The Etheric body is also the connector to the Spiritual body. You could consider the Etheric body as the bridge between the material body and the Spiritual body. Through ignorance man has tried to discredit his own intuition. Some religions call psychic function evil and work of the devil. Others just call it silly superstition. However the sixth sense of man has never stopped its functions and leads to the "Spiritual functions," the seventh level of our capabilities.

Q. Where does study of this type start?

A. This type of study has already started as it is an inherent quality of man to search for his Spiritual connection. This is the reason this type of Spiritual reading material is available, and the reason you are attracted to this type of information, so you are already on your Spiritual journey. So there really is no formal starting place, individually we all find our own starting place.

There are many types of study that have been developed into programs or pathways of study, yet there is not one specific place to begin, it’s all a matter of choice. I believe the first step to this type of study is to recognize you are already involved in a Spiritual Unfoldment program in a natural course of living. Reflect upon the type of reading you already do, the type of reading material that attracts you. Become aware of where, when and how you study this type of material. Where, when and how you study are as important if not more so than what you study. As you attune yourself to this information about what you are naturally attracted to teaches you that all life is a great lesson learned in increments or phases of life. You also become aware of your spirituality more fully. Once that information is in place addressing where, when and how, I would have to say becoming comfortable with psychic abilities would be then next phase. There are many misconceptions about psychic abilities, what they are, how they function and how they are used, so much so, people often have a distorted concept of the function. Before we can become comfortable with our psychic abilities, I believe we need to have a better understanding of the skills, and a general idea of how these misconceptions become prevalent on the material plane. Learning facts of truth about psychic abilities automatically dispels the myths created about the function. Because there are a vast number of misconceptions about psychic abilities, Spirit channeled a series of booklets many years ago addressing these misconceptions. Amazingly after thirty years of teaching Spiritual Unfoldment I still find these misconceptions to be prevalent.

For these reasons I begin every new class with the series that Spirit channeled entitled "To the Skeptics the Psychically Misinformed." The misunderstood principles and concepts outlined in that series are still prevalent in mans mind today.

Q. What type of misconceptions about psychic ability do you mean?

A. Many people believe that psychic ability is a skill that only some people have, not all people. Others believe if you use your psychic ability too often, it will dry up and disappear. My personal favorite is, whistles, bells and gongs will sound when somebody has a psychic revelation.

Q. These things are not true?

A. No, they are not. Psychic abilities are the sixth sense of man completing our physical manifestation, so psychic ability is a natural function. Psychic ability is not a function that works sometimes in a hit or miss process. It always works. Because it is a natural function, most people are not aware of how they use it, and everybody does use it consciously or unconsciously. Because most are not aware of natural psychic ability in action, these myths are easily created, and they are somewhat easily believed. After all, if you’re not truly cognizant of a function, how can you know your using it, or misusing it. For example, do you have to check with your sense of smell to know its functioning? It just works unconsciously. Suppose somebody or a group of people told you your sense of smell was not working correctly unless you heard a buzzing sound in your ears every time your sense of smell functioned. You might think that information is nuts, but in a natural course of events related to the information you would begin paying more attention to the ability of smell. And amazingly there would be many people who would suddenly begin to report that this information is true. They would report that it is a subtle sound, if you weren’t listening for it you would not hear it.

Q. So study of psychic ability is part of a Spiritual Unfoldment program?

A. Yes, it is important you recognize and understand psychic ability is a natural function all people use, and enjoy. It’s part of whom we are and how we function. Understanding and accepting the system of psychic sensory perception is the first step to reconnecting our material self to our Spirit self. Meditation is the key to the connection of our material and Spiritual selves, and the connection happens through the intuitive psychic sense system. When you have basic knowledge of the psychic sense system and how it functions will help you to meditate more easily. You have an understanding of the sensations you experience during your meditation period and the understanding allows you to relax more fully and go with the flow of the meditation period.

Q. How does the study of psychic abilities help us to meditate?

A. Meditation is a process of connecting to our Spiritual self. To connect to our Spiritual self we must be able to relax totally, mentally, physically, and emotionally. To be able to relax so completely without falling asleep we must have a basic understanding of our material self and how the material mind functions. Between the material functions of mind and the Spiritual functions of mind are the psychic functions of mind. The psychic function of mind is the connector between the material and Spiritual mind. So to connect to the Spirit mind we need to open up what may seem to be closed pathways. These seemly closed pathways are our reaction to our psychic abilities. These pathways have always been open, they are open at birth. Through much of our material training we become desensitized to the function of psychic abilities, so when we relax and feel them in action we interpret that sensation as strange, when in fact it’s a natural function. When we feel something we interpret as strange happening to us we automatically switch into an alert protective mode of safety. This safety mode is a stimulation of the physical mind sending alert messages to the physical body causing a rush of adrenalin and we are automatically taken from a state of complete relaxation to a state of combat defense readiness. Study of psychic ability helps to understand the sensations we experience during our meditation period allowing us to enjoy the sensations and reintroduce the sensation into or conscious mind. The acceptance of the "new" sensations allows us to unblock the pathways to the higher mind functions. Unblocking the psychic pathways through understanding what the blocks are or were is the key to helping us to relax and go with the flow of meditation gaining the highest and best from our meditation period.

Q. You mentioned the seventh level of ourselves, what is that?

A. The seventh level of our manifestation is our Spiritual self, the creative force within us that manifests our reality of life. The Spiritual self is the aspect of self that is bound to and controlled by universal law sometimes referred to as Spiritual law. Universal Spiritual law works in our lives constantly to bring into fruition our conscious state of reality. Some call the Spiritual self soul, others call it the higher-self.

Q. So the psychic body of man is the connector between the physical self and the Spiritual self?

A. Yes that is correct. Once material man can understand the connecting body of psychic function allows the connection to be made to the inner Spiritual self by bridging the "gap" between the two bodies of function. Some schools of thought call the Spiritual self the higher self.

Frequently Asked Questions
Jeannette a. Meek,
Spiritual medium

Q. I have decided I want to begin a program of meditation. What can you tell me about meditation that will be helpful to me?

A. Meditation is a multi-level discipline. It is also an inherent quality that all people participate in consciously or unconsciously. Anytime you change your level of consciousness from one specific thought to another specific thought is actually a type of meditation. Yet it is not recognized as meditation. Also meditation is not as complicated as you might think it is. There are many misconceptions about the process, but more misconceptions about the result of meditation.

Q. What types of misconceptions?

A. The biggest misconception is that people generally do not think they are able to meditate correctly or properly. There is not a right or a wrong way to meditate. How you meditate is dependent on what you are seeking to develop through the process of meditation.

The second misconception is people think they don’t have time to meditate. The truth is everybody meditates at least once a day in some form.

The third misconception about meditation is that individuals do not believe they receive anything from meditation. The truth is you always receive a result from meditation. Your result is always a relaxed feeling, and a surge of energy. So the first step of meditation is to recognize that you already do meditate and you do receive a result from it.

The fourth misconception is that people think they experience weird events while meditating. The truth is you can only experience what you are ready for during meditation. It is only seemingly weird because it is something you are not accustomed to.

Q. How do I do meditation?

A. Meditation is not something that is foreign to you, in fact you do this already, in many ways. Also meditation is as complex or simple as you want it to be. For example, every time you have a day dream you are connected to the inner self by entering higher more refined state of reality. During that time of viewing the day dream you have changed your current state of reality to the vision, your material location fades away to an unconscious state of reality. The "day dream" relates to many of your everyday problems and the day dream itself is symbolic of situations you are dealing with, the ones that nag at you and you feel there are no solutions for. For example seeing yourself in a daydream of being on a remote tropical island is symbolic of how to overcome everyday stress in your life. This picture is symbolic of your need to take some time every day to be by yourself, and treat yourself with kindness and love. If you follow the advice your daydream conveyed to you it simply follows that you will be able to handle pressures of "everyday" life differently because you can see everyday life from a different perspective. You will remember to include your own needs and wants in your everyday life instead of attempting to fulfill demands everyone else requests of you.

Q. Is there a program or an outline of mediation that I can follow?

A. There are many schools of thought about meditation and what you should do and what you should not do during mediation, but again, meditation is an individual process. Also, each school of thought about meditation has an idealistic goal as the objective of the practice. I believe you can develop meditation with a conscious planned goal in mind, yet I know the higher self’s goal is what will be realized during a meditation session. The higher self is always the director and the teacher leading the conscious mind to specific realizations about the whole Spiritual self. The higher self is the most knowledgeable teacher you will encounter on a pathway of Spiritual Unfoldment. So meditation is an individualized process that can be assisted by the school of thought you are studying.
These schools of thought are tried and true for many individuals who think the same way. So you could be looking through many types of meditation programs till you find one that you agree in accord with. Yet, you already know how to meditate, and you have accomplished meditation many times throughout your lifetime

The simplest explanation of meditation is, prayer is talking to God, or your higher power, and meditation is listening to God or your higher power.

Once the request is sent out in prayer, meditation becomes listening intently to the sound beyond the physical sounds around you. When you make that connection to the higher power, any number of things can happen.

The time spent in the meditation period is inspirational and the activities that should or will take place during that time are revealed to you as you are ready to accept the guidance offered to you by the teacher within. When the student is ready, the master appears. That master is the teacher within. To connect with the master within is to open the pathway to the conscious development of our Spiritual nature.

Q. There are many pathways to choose from as a process of development of our Spiritual nature. They often become confusing. Is there a place to start ones Spiritual journey, or one level of study better than another? What are the differences between the different types of study? Is there a difference between the different types of study?

A. There are many pathways to follow as a course of study of spirituality, and it really does become confusing for people to decide where and how to start their journey. The best way of course is to follow your influences brought forth from the Spirit within, as your influence is the strongest teacher there is. Many people do that instinctively, and still find their influence does not fulfill the need for solid academic study of their spirituality. So for this reason many schools of thought have manifested themselves in the material plane. These schools of thought have manifested in three categories, one being religion, the second philosophy, and the third science. These levels are obvious in variances of application, yet they all speak to the material mind of man. They attempt to put an order to the exploration of our spirituality. Yet, they also create more pathways of exploration for man to walk down causing more thought, in turn the new thought takes a very simple concept or idea and makes it more confusing. So one way to explain the differences in techniques of Spiritual study is to say the pathway outlined by the academic study is for the material levels of mind, the so-called end of the pathway is the Spiritual progression. The common denominator of all pathways is meditation, and meditation is the real progression and where the real learning and teaching of our spirituality take place. So all pathways of Spiritual schools of thought lead to meditation, the pathways become the process of learning the approach to meditation.

Q. What is the approach to meditation?

A. The way to approach meditation is to logically begin building a study period devoted to meditation.

Q. A "meditation study period" this implies that I have to study something. I simply want to meditate. Could you be more specific?

A. Meditation is the study of mind on all levels. During our sojourn through the levels of incarnation we have divided our mind into layers. These layers are considered divisions of mind or levels of function IE., Conscious, subconscious, Superconscious, etc. The academic study of meditation is to gain understanding of the function of these levels of mind. This understanding is gained by reading about the different mind divisions and the expected performance of the levels.

The actual meditation period is a process that allows these levels to preform their functions without restriction of conscious thought. The academic aspect of meditation study is intended to allow the harmony of mind function. However, The harmony of mind function is a natural process that happens without the restriction of thought.

We have also divided ourselves into bodies of function, physical self, soul self, Spiritual self. These divisions help us to cope with our incarnation. Although we know we are not truly divided into these sectors of self, these terms help us to understand and explain our behaviors. Meditation is a process that allows us to integrate all these levels of thought of ourselves to one level of minds function.

Meditation is a specific type of relaxation that allows change of our current conscious state of reality to a higher vibrational state of reality that can last for a few seconds or many minutes. So meditation is one specific thing, or one specific definition, and that is to change states of consciousness to a higher vibratory state of mind. To get to a state of meditation at will is an individual process and it is also a progressive process. Processes that work to lead to a state of meditation for one individual may not work for another individual.

In a universal definition meditation is a process that allows the material self and the Spiritual self to connect to a space of one point of minds function. When you achieve this one point of minds function you enter a space of "peace that passeth all understanding," and that is the state of meditation.

So, developing a "meditation study period" simply means to set aside time for meditation and exploring processes to reach the benefits.

Q. What is mind?

A. Mind is the whole mind of function. The whole mind of function is the universal mind. This mind is not fragmented into aspects of self, or different aspects of function. Universal mind is what man considers to be God, as this mind is all knowing.

CHANNELING PERSONAL LESSON
FEBRUARY 25, 1988
BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE
PLACE AND TIME: WHITE LIGHT BOOKS

RAY: I Hear Spirit say, "The Book is open."

JEANNETTE: The Book is open?

RAY: Yes.

JEANNETTE: SPIRIT TAKE OVER: The Book of knowledge opens and pours forth the words, but the words mean nothing unless you have the understanding, the inner vibration, the inner feeling, the capacity to interpret those words, not necessarily through processed thought, but, with your emotions.

The soul is a mighty powerful body. The soul has its own levels of progression and its own levels of knowledge and its own levels of understanding. In order for these powers, so to speak, and realize that we use the term powers in a loose sense, not in the way that you would interpret the term powers. Power is knowledge and wisdom from the lessons from previous times. This is how we mean Power. In order for the power to come to the fore of the conscious mind, it has to come first through the Superconscious mind to the subconscious mind. When you think, (while you are receiving in meditation or working at a circle) you restrict those flows of inner knowledge. You restrict that knowledge from coming to the fore of your conscious mind to be looked at. Notice that we do not say examined, we only say to be looked at. Once you look at that knowledge you can comprehensively understand what that knowledge is, we will try to rephrase this so that you will understand.

Once you allow that knowledge to make pictures in your minds’ eye, you can see the places that need surety, the places that need tearing down, you can see the limits, you can see the restrictions, but beyond that, you can see how you have restricted yourself. Each of you has a very, very knowledgeable soul. There is much Spiritual intelligence in this room. We are going to try over the weeks to come to teach you how to use this.
The fact is, that you have to learn how to use your voices. Your voice is the Key. Speak without thinking. If you evaluate those thoughts that come to you, (during meditation or bringing forth a message for someone else,) you are doing wrong, because you are restricting your messages. You are holding within your body the message that is truly intended to be brought to the fore, to the outer, to the center of the circle.

LES: Is it true that our reality speaks to us physically, in Physical signs?

SPIRIT: Your reality is what you have created, how can it speak to you in physical signs. Once it is created, you have to come to it.

LES: Does it act as an omen?

SPIRIT: There are pointers along the pathway that will show you the right direction. It depends on what you want to consider an omen. You can only meet what you have created, and you create through your comprehension of mind. Thought is the creative power. Thought is the power behind the thinking process. The thinking process is the picture, the picture that you wish to make a reality, when you stop thinking about it then thought pushes it out of your mind, and puts it in your pathway, the only thing you can do is walk into it. This is your reality.
Les: Is this why we shouldn't think?

SPIRIT: This is one reason at first stages of development you shouldn't think during meditation, Yes, exactly. Think of the thoughts you can think of in a half second.

Are they all good?

Your creating your reality as you go along. Now, creating reality is not as easy as thinking about it for a second or so. We talk to the mind who examines everything and play's the what if games. What if games to a negative propensity are highly dangerous. Because every situation you create in a what if process of though, when you stop thinking about that situation, you send it out and the only thing that you can do is come into it. So, you're not pretending anything by what if, your creating a reality.

LES: How do we cleanse our minds?

SPIRIT: first get rid of the worry, the doubt, the fear, the anxiety. There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

LES: How do you do this, how do you cast them out of your mind?

SPIRIT: Why are you afraid to begin with? What are you afraid of?

LES: Change.

SPIRIT: Change? Change can only be for the better. Only be for the better. You have to broaden your horizons, you have to move with yourself. You grow constantly.
It's wonderful to sit and read a geography book, but is it not more wonderful to visit the place that you've studied about?

LES: Can you explain why emotions such as guilt and shame are useless emotions?

SPIRIT: They are such a waste of time, they are absolutely such a waste of time. Instead of worrying about what you did, and feeling guilty and ashamed, decide that you're never going to do that specific thing again and then go forth. Then you should ask those people that you did those things to, to forgive you. It's as simple as that.
Why do you hang onto what you don't need? It's a useless vibration. It teaches you no-thing, you gain nothing and you cannot grow when you've got all that in your mind.

LARRY: Is there such a thing as sin?

SPIRIT: Sin is a misnomer, sin within your plane is comprehended differently than the reality. Man has made sin anything that they need it to be to make people behave. Sin is the opposition of good. Sin is the opposition of God. Anything that opposes God is evil. Sin is just a name that you people use on your plane. Sin does not exist within our planes, we do not have vibration to support sin. But, there is opposition to the God force, and when there is an opposition to the God force that opposition creates matter, vibrational matter and vibration can only seek its own source. So the creator of that vibration walks into that matter, it attaches itself to himself, and it keeps him from the pure scanty of the God force. Do you understand this?

LARRY: Yes. How would you release yourself from that sin?

SPIRIT: By cleansing, by cleansing, by constantly, constantly cleansing the body with White Light. By constantly only thinking good thoughts. If you are only thinking thoughts that co-inside with the God force, then the matter automatically changes. It loses its density, and it melts away as it were, thus allowing the God force, or the God Light, or the Spirit Light, whichever term you care to use, to shine forth. As your Spirit Light comes to forefront, or seeps through the material matter, I guess that's how you would understand it, it becomes stronger and stronger until finally you give up your physical mass. It does not mean that you lose your physical body, it means that you lose the extraneous mass, the mass that does you no good in any way shape and/or from, such as shame and guilt.

KATHY: So the more that you release these emotions the closer you get to the God self?

SPIRIT: Exactly, it’s as simple and as easy as that. The thought that you create within your mind keeps you captive. It keeps you captive from living. How can you live when you are thinking about what you are going to do? How can you live under those circumstances?

KATHY: You will be protected? If I were to do this, If I were to reach the total Light that I know that I am capable of, then I would be protected.

SPIRIT: Yes of course, because your only enemy is your own physical body. You can only be attacked from within, you can only be attacked by yourself.

Do we have another question?

Bear in mind, people that a house divided always falls. What does that say to you?
You have two very real vibrations within yourself. You have the capability of always going with the God force, or you have the capability of always opposing the God force. But, when you are in argument with yourself you always fail. Don't you?

You think you want to be at point A, you know you should be at point B and you sit around fighting with yourself about whether or not you should go to Point a or point B. And what happens? Nothing. You go nowhere, you don't do anything. You sat around and worried, and you fretted, and thought about going to one point or the other point, but never have you moved. Is this not so?

KATHY: Does everyone have their certain time where they will be ready to go on?

SPIRIT: Yes progression is individual. Progression is governed by many things, but it's governed by your thoughts. Also, realize that your Soul body is an intelligent entity, it is not going to take you to any place that it knows that your material mind is really not ready to comprehend. That would be foolish that would be dividing the house. The soul, your soul, is not into dividing the house, it does not want to cause conflict within you because it does not want you to fail, ever.

KATHY: So what is it that wants us to fail.

SPIRIT: Your material, lesser, dense, base, carnal self. It is the only enemy that you have. THE ONLY ENEMY THAT YOU HAVE. That is the symbol of Satan, and Satan always fights with good.

KATHY: Is that the human part of you?

SPIRIT: When the Spirit fell, it divided into form. Human Spirit is always human Spirit. It will never be anything else. (However, the fallen) Human Spirit manifests into many levels and divisions of what you would call the Universe. Within the Universe there is contained the cosmos, the cosmos is discerned as levels of attainment. Realize that (the fallen) human Spirit has made these levels, or divisions, (called Cosmos) and these divisions have worked themselves away from God. How close is God to you? God is only a thought away. How far away from you is God? God is only a thought away. It is up to you to make the decisions as how you use your mind. Within the Universe it’s as easy as that. The thought that you create within your mind keeps you captive. It keeps you captive from living. How can you live when you are thinking about what you are going to do? How can you live under those circumstances?

KATHY: You will be protected? If you would be more able to do that.

SPIRIT: Well, yes. Realize that to reach harmony with your Spirit is, well you have many bodies to go through to reach harmony with before you reach Spirit harmony. If you would reach total mastery of the conscious (mind level) and the Spiritual (mind level) coming together (joining in unity) means that all those bodies between have been dissolved into Light, and it would be harder to fall from that level. Suppose you just reached harmony between you’re conscious (body) and your soul (body), then perhaps you could very really pass judgement from another area, and that would cause the fall.

You see, that would make you fall out of that pureness of that vibration.

KATHY: In other words you have to start at the core, and really change the core issues?

SPIRIT: You could look at it that way, yes. Depending on your judgement system and how ingrained it is, how deep it is. Yes, not all your opinions that you have formed come from this life time right now. As you dig deeper into your mind, you find that there are conflicts remaining from other lifetimes, past lifetimes, from other incarnations. In this lifetime you could uncover something (from that past) that truly amazes you that you just were never even consciously aware that (you hold nor do you consciously) share that opinion with that deeper aspect of yourself. So that would cause conflict too. (Because that deeper level of mind is part of you, and although you are not consciously aware of the effect of that thought in a cognizant way, it really still affects your evaluation system.) That would be something, that would be something, that would be one of those hard core issues that you would have to really balance out.

Do you understand this information?

KATHY: Yes.

SPIRIT: Thank-you.

Is there another question?

SIMONE: When you talk about centered, left brain, right brain. Can the left brain keep you from becoming centered?
SPIRIT: You have two very real energies within your body, you have Spiritual energy and you have physical energy. When you are talking about right brain, left brain that is essentially what you are talking about is physical and Spiritual energy. The process is, as you open left side and your right side you let those energies permeate each other, and you will feel them come around your body in a swirling sensation. You will feel them spiral through your body in a downward sweep. As that energy extends out into your Aura, it will work in a pattern of making figure eights, using the Chakra's as the center of that pattern as it penetrates the body and the Aura. That is part of the process of centering.
If you let yourself relax, and open the left side of your body first, and then open the right side of the body you will feel the energy begin harmonize in a swirling motion. Just feel the energies as water, just picture it as water within you, as you feel it penetrate the structure of your body that sensation is the "water" mixing together. You will feel the energies begin to permeate each other.

Yes that is part of the balance.

KATHY: Is it possible for people around you to influence you? If you're very close to your God self then . . . I can answer that myself.

SPIRIT: Then nothing can touch you.
We would like you to contemplate these words over the week. Much, much, much material has been to you. One misunderstanding is that your lessons is which is tangible on paper. These are your lessons. You have learned your lessons for this week. Take these lessons into your meditations and you will receive more knowledge connected with them.

THANK-YOU
